To all our international customers, you will have to pay for return shipping labels and or shipment charges. Customers will also have to pay for any price difference issued to exchange your Slink Body product. Please contact us on support@slinkbody.com for detailed instruction on how to process your exchange/refund

 Return Policy for all customers;

Please be advised we refund payments by the same means the initial payment was received. For instance, we will refund to the same credit card used to make the payment on the day of the initial purchase. Also, we cannot accept a return request if products received from customers appear to have been worn/used or if products are without original tags attached.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

Based on our discretion, we could reject an exchange request to provide a refund instead or deny a refund request for a purchase made from Slink Body. Only products that can be verified to have been purchased on SlinkBody.com qualify for this return/exchange policy.
