To better serve all our customers, we have a 10-day exchange/return policy for all products, with returns to the original form of payment used at purchase. We accept exchanges or returns of purchased items returned in the original package, with original tags attached and free from damage. Also, please note that we do not accept worn items with a customer's scent or perfume. Orders considered 'intimates' are all FINAL PURCHASE.

We may allow exchange requests for the same product in a different size/color, or style. We want to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their Slink Body sculptwear at all times. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for different products.

To all our international customers outside of the USA, you will have to pay for return shipping labels. Customers will also have to pay any price difference when exchanging their Slink Body product. Please contact us at support@slinkbody.com for detailed information on processing your exchange/refund. 

Refund Policy in Detail

Please be advised that we will refund payments by the same means as the initial payment. For instance, we will refund the same credit card used for the initial purchase on the day of the purchase. Also, we cannot accept a return request if products received from customers appear to have been worn/used, if the package is lost when in transit to us, or if there are no tags or tags are no longer attached to the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.

At our discretion, we may reject an exchange request and issue a refund instead, or deny a refund request for a purchase made from Slink Body. Only products that can be verified to have been purchased on SlinkBody.com qualify for this return/exchange policy.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return. The purchased item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@slinkbody.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong order, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders/items on sale/gift cards, personalized items) cannot be returned for a refund.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or denied. An automatic refund of payments made is issued to your original payment method after approval. Please allow 5-15 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
