To better serve all our customers, we have a 30-day exchange/return policy for all products to the original form of payment used during purchase. We accept exchanges or returns of purchased items returned in the original package, with original tags attached and free from damages. Also, be informed we do not accept worn items with the scents/perfumes of a customer. Orders considered 'intimates' are all FINAL PURCHASE.

We may allow exchange requests on the same product for a different size/color or style. We want to ensure that all our customers are completed satisfied with their Slink Body sculptwear at all times. Please note we do not offer an exchange for a different product.

 

 

To all our international customers outside of the USA, you will have to pay for return shipping labels. Customers will also have to pay for any price difference issued to exchange your Slink Body product. Please contact us on support@slinkbody.com for detailed information on how to process your exchange/refund.

 

Refund Policy in Detail

Please be advised we refund payments by the same means the initial payment was received. For instance, we will refund to the same credit card used to make the payment on the day of the initial purchase. Also, we cannot accept a return request if products received from customers appear to have been worn/used if the package is lost when in transit to us or if there are no tags or tags are no longer attached to the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Based on our discretion, we could reject an exchange request to provide a refund instead or deny a refund request for a purchase made from Slink Body. Only products that can be verified to have been purchased on SlinkBody.com qualify for this return/exchange policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return.
  The purchased item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@slinkbody.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders/items on sale/gift cards personalized items) cannot be returned for a refund.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or denied. An automatic refund of payments made is issued to your original payment method after approval. Please allow 5-15 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
